Giving Birth to Your Authentic Voice: A Sacred Sound Awakening

Vocal Activation Workshop
For beginners, sound healers, and anyone ready to awaken the power of their voice.

Your voice is more than just sound—it is vibration, resonance, and energy. This immersive, hands-on workshop is a journey into self-discovery, healing, and empowerment through voice. Whether you are new to vocal expression or deepening your sound healing practice, this training will help you unlock your authentic voice and tap into its profound potential.

As a recognized Vocal Doula and a Sound Medicine Woman, I help people give birth to their own voice, guiding them to uncover and embrace their authentic sound. With over 20 years of experience in vocal mastery, I offer personalized guidance to help you develop a strong, natural, and confident voice. We will explore fundamental techniques like pitch, scales, and voice placement, while harmonizing breath, body, and sound for a deeper connection to your vocal essence.

What You’ll Experience:
– Sacred Voice Activation – Learn to free your voice through resonance and vibration.
– Healing Tones & Frequencies – Discover how sound influences your energy field.
– Vocal Warm-Ups as Ritual – Prepare your voice with sacred techniques that enhance flexibility, strength, and clarity.

This experience is not about performing or singing specific songs—it is about finding your true voice, the one that carries your soul’s imprint. Through guided exercises, we will explore breath, resonance, and intuitive vocalization, leading you into a state of deep presence and self-expression.

My approach blends professional vocal training with sacred sound practices, creating a space where technique meets intuition, and expression flows freely. Whether you are seeking to expand your voice, enhance your sound healing practice, or simply reconnect with your inner sound, this journey will empower you to express yourself with authenticity, confidence, and ease.
