What Is a Group Sound Healing Session?
A group sound healing session is an immersive space for deep relaxation, energy alignment, and inner reconnection. We use quartz and metal bowls, gongs, shekeres, shamanic drums, and intuitive vocals that fill the room with organic, harmonic vibrations.
Each session includes a guided meditation focused on a specific theme, depending on the intention of the group. Powerful tools such as visualization, conscious breathing, and symptom-focused techniques are integrated to invite transformation across the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic levels.
We avoid using microphones to provide you with a 100% pure and healing sound experience.
Group sessions follow the lunar calendar and special events schedule.
Check our calendar for upcoming dates, locations, and availability both in Playa del Carmen and online.
